This fee will be deducted from the card balance. When using the card in Japan, only the JPY balance will be used for settlement and foreign exchange rate fee will not be applied. |

How to Load |
The deposit for the load will be transferred to the designated Card Account at Mitsui Sumitomo Bank.

Refunds |
Refunds will be made to the account designated by the customer. Please ask for the "GAICA払い戻し依頼書" application form from the GAICA Customer Service Desk. Fill in the necessary information on the form and send it back to us with the postage paid envelope we have sent. Confirming account balance | The balance and total usage (from 1 day to 1 month) can be confirmed from the card balance inquiry menu of the Member-Only Site. |
Confirming account activity | Account activity for the past 6 months can be confirmed from the account activity menu on the Member-Only Site. |
Changing PIN |
We will reissue a new card when changing your PIN. Please contact GAICA Customer Service Desk for assistance.

Suspending/Reactivating your card | The “利用停止・解除” (Suspend/Reactivate) function will be available on the top menu of the Member-Only Site. |
Canceling your card |
You can apply for cancellation of your card on the “解約申込” (Cancel) menu of the Member-Only Site.
