• (2) Enter the user ID and password registered on STEP 6 and the authentication code we have sent you and click on “次へ” (Next).
  • The default e-mail address will be the e-mail address registered with PowerDirect.
  • We will send an e-mail for this application. If the e-mail address is incorrect, please correct it.
  • Please make sure to that you can receive e-mail from the domain

We will send a e-mail with an authentication code along with the URL for the registration to the e-mail registered on STEP 6.

• (1) Access the URL from the e-mail sent we have sent you.

• (2) Enter the user ID and password registered on STEP 6 and the authentication code we have sent you and click on “次へ” (Next).
  • Registration is not complete at this point.

• (3) Enter your name, address, and telephone number on the registration page and click on “確認” (Confirmation).
  • Be sure to enter the information for purpose of transaction.
  • If the overseas destination is still undecided please enter the information as best as possible.
  • If the customer is a minor over 13 years old, a consent will be required from the parental guardian along with the purpose for transaction.

• (4) Confirm the information on the confirmation page and click on “登録” (Register).

Your application is complete.
Your card will be sent to your registered address.

• The delivery of your card may be delayed if the application is made on weekends and national holidays.

Enter your GAICA member user ID and loginpassword on the lower right hand corner of the page and click on “次へ” (Next).

• (1) Your registered information you have registered with PowerFlex account will be shown by default. Please check to see if the information is correct.
• (2) Please confirm the contents of the terms and agreements of the GAICA Flex Prepaid Card with and if you consent, please tick the check box and click on “確定” (Confirmation).

An “口座登録完了の知らせ” (Notice of Completion of your Account Registration)
e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address on the following day.

Loading and Refunds will be available from the PowerFlex account after you have received the “口座登録完了の知らせ” (Notice of Completion of your Account Registration) e-mail.
The card can be used as it is.
Notification of e-mail may be delayed due to system maintenance.
