Click on “パスワードを忘れた方はこちら” (For Customers who have forgotten their passwords).

• (1) Enter your e-mail address and click on “確認” (Confirmation).
• (2) A confirmation screen will be shown. Please confirm the contents and click on “送信” (Send).
  • A confirmation code required for registering your new password will be sent to the e-mail address you have just entered.
  • Registration new password does not complete at this point.

Instructions on how to change your password will be sent to the e-mail address entered on STEP 2.

• (1) Click on the URL printed on the e-mail.
• (2) Enter information such as your User ID, Date of Birth, new password and confirmation code printed on the e-mail and click on “確認” (Confirmation).

The confirmation screen for your new login password will be shown. Please confirm the information and click on “確定” (Confirmation).
When the "User ID Registration" screen is shown, the new password has been registered.

A “ログインパスワード再登録完了のお知らせ” (Notice of your Login Password has been reregistered) e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
