Loading will not be possible after the load acceptance end date, even if it is due to factors such as bad connection on your mobile device.
please allow extra time and days to prepare for unexpected events, such as sudden mobile communication failures.

Case 2:

I accidentally loaded money after the acceptance ended. Can I get my money back?

If you try to make a load after the load acceptance end date, it will not be reflected as a load, and the deposit amount will be returned to you.

Case 3:

I used GAICA beyond the balance, resulting in a negative balance shown on my account.

When various fees are deducted and your balance is not sufficient, it may result in a negative balance on your account.
The load for insufficient amount will not be supported in the usual way after the load acceptance end date. In this case, please transfer the insufficient amount to our designated deposit account.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the transfer fee.

Case 4:

There was an unrecognized use, and I could not shop as planned.

We apologize, but even in unexpected situations, you cannot load after the load acceptance date is over.
For important purchases or travels, please make alternative arrangements ready in advance.
